A gentle yet active class, grounded in traditional yoga poses and principles. This class is designed to connect mind & body while challenging the practitioner to focus within.

CLASS INCLUDES:

Breath work
Classic Asana sequences
Mindful movements 
Deep relaxation

Free for YMCA members (drop in fee for non-members)

*Must bring your own yoga mat due to covid precautions
