The Yonkers Family YMCA offers transitional & permanent housing for males 21 and older. 

Housing includes private rooms & shared bathrooms across 3 floors of our building.

 

*ALL applicants have to be interviewed and undergo a background check at a cost of under $10.

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • We highly encourage our residents to apply for low income/affordable housing while they reside here.

  • Communal bathrooms.

  • Resident dinner provided Mon-Fri at 5:30PM in the kitchen.

  • Applicants that receive assistance from DSS pay $677.50.

  • Residents that work or receive SSI/SSD pay $480.00

  • If an applicant has no income he should seek assistance at their local department of social services.
