SILVERSNEAKERS & AOA FITNESS
Our senior fitness classes (Ages 50+) are designed to be low-impact to prevent injury while also increasing muscle strength and energy levels. This program is perfect for those who are looking to increase cardiovascular health and build strength and balance. Classes include relaxing yoga, cardio aerobics, and strength training using medicine balls, handheld weights and resistance bands.
Program participants will have access to other amenities at the YMCA.
*Certain health insurance companies will cover Active Older Adult fitness classes & YMCA memberships.
