Our YMCA is launching a Fitness Boot Camp for you and your health, We would love for you to join us! The Boot Camp is a 45 minute workout to burn off those calories and get your muscles moving into the new and improved you!
For safety concerns in regards to COVID19 we encourage you to bring the following items:
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
- Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
- Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
- Change of clothing, if necessary
- A bottle of water for hydration
- A towel
