The Yonkers Family YMCA offers permanent housing for males 21 and older.
Housing includes private rooms & shared bathrooms across 4 floors of our building.
*ALL applicants have to be interviewed and undergo a background check at a cost of under $20.
THINGS TO KNOW:
We highly encourage our residents to apply for low income/affordable housing while they reside here.
Communal bathrooms.
- Resident dinner provided Mon-Fri at 5:30PM in the kitchen.
Applicants that receive assistance from DSS or new move-ins will pay $850.00.
If an applicant has no income he should seek assistance at their local department of social services.
