Competitive Boxing
Those interested in boxing participate in a competitive program under the USA Boxing Metro Banner. Those that participate in this will pay an initial fee to the USA Boxing Metro organization session fees to the YMCA. Anyone joining should plan to attend three to five days a week.
Children: Monday to Friday 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Teens/Adults: Monday to Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $240.00 annual fee plus USA Boxing Metro $35.00 fee which must be paid at start of boxing participation.
Aerobics / Cycling
We offer two kinds of group workouts for adults; aerobics and cycling. Members who purchase these activities for the session may attend as few or as many classes that are
available during the session.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Cost: Free for YMCA members.
Shoto Kan Karate
Shoto Kan Karate is a martial arts program offerd to children and adults ages 5 and older. Martial arts provides training in discipline and self defense.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:30 p.m. - 9:00p.m.
Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Cost: $60.00 per month.
